These Terms and Conditions govern access to the EvoPeps website, customer accounts, products and related services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the website, registering an account, viewing restricted pricing, submitting an order or using EvoPeps services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Research Use and Website Disclaimer, and any policies or acknowledgements displayed during registration or checkout.
Do not use the platform or submit an order unless you understand and agree to these terms.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to register an account, access restricted pricing or place an order.
EvoPeps supplies products only for lawful laboratory research, analytical testing and other legitimate non-clinical research activities.

- are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products
- have an appropriate lawful research purpose
- understand the restrictions attached to Research Use Only products
- have appropriate facilities, knowledge and handling procedures
- agree not to use products in or on humans or animals
Access to the website does not guarantee account approval or order acceptance.
3. Account registration and verification
Purchasing requires a registered account.
During registration or checkout, customers may be required to:
- verify an email address
- confirm that they are at least 21 years old
- accept the Research Use Only acknowledgement
- provide accurate billing and shipping information
- provide additional information reasonably requested for security, fraud prevention, compliance or destination review
You must keep your account information accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify EvoPeps promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
EvoPeps may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where information is false, incomplete or misleading, or where activity presents a legal, security, payment or Research Use Only compliance concern.
4. Research Use Only
Every product offered by EvoPeps is supplied strictly for lawful laboratory research, analytical testing and related non-clinical research activities.
Products are not intended for:
- human consumption or administration
- animal consumption or administration
- diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention or mitigation of disease
- therapeutic or medical use
- cosmetic or personal-care use
- veterinary use
- household use
- use as a food, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device
- any other non-research purpose
Nothing on the website constitutes medical, veterinary, prescribing, dosage, administration or treatment advice.
Product names, catalogue placement, packaging or availability must not be interpreted as authorisation for human or animal use.
5. Customer representations
By registering or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years old
- all information provided is accurate
- your purchase is for a lawful Research Use Only purpose
- you will comply with all applicable laws and institutional requirements
- you will not use or permit the use of a product in or on a human or animal
- you will not seek or rely on dosage, injection, administration, treatment or personal-use guidance
- you have the knowledge, facilities and procedures necessary to handle the products

- you will not make unsupported purity, sterility, clinical or therapeutic claims
- you will not transfer products to anyone you know or reasonably suspect intends a prohibited use
EvoPeps may refuse or cancel an order where it reasonably believes these representations are untrue.
6. Products and documentation
EvoPeps acts as a distributor and reseller, not as the manufacturer of the products unless expressly stated otherwise.
Supplier documentation, certificates, analytical records and batch information may be provided where available.
Unless expressly stated for a particular product and supported by applicable documentation:
- documentation may be supplied by a third party
- documentation may vary by supplier and batch
- documentation may be pending or unavailable
- EvoPeps does not claim that every document has been independently verified
- EvoPeps does not guarantee a particular purity percentage
- EvoPeps does not guarantee sterility or endotoxin status
- EvoPeps does not represent products as pharmaceutical grade or clinical grade
- EvoPeps does not guarantee suitability for a particular experiment
Customers are responsible for evaluating product suitability, documentation and handling requirements for their research.
7. Product images and descriptions
Product photographs, packaging mock-ups and website images are illustrative.
Packaging, labels, vial appearance, colour, dimensions and supplier presentation may vary between batches without affecting the product identifier stated in the order.
EvoPeps aims to keep descriptions accurate but may correct typographical, photographic, technical or catalogue errors.
8. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated email, checkout confirmation or payment authorisation confirms receipt only and does not necessarily mean that EvoPeps has accepted the order.
Orders may be reviewed automatically, manually or through a combination of both.
An order is accepted only after:
- payment has been successfully authorised
- applicable compliance and destination checks have been completed
- EvoPeps issues a dispatch or final acceptance confirmation
EvoPeps may hold, decline, limit, modify or cancel an order because of:
- stock availability
- catalogue or pricing errors
- payment failure
- suspected fraud
- chargeback risk
- inaccurate customer information
- Research Use Only concerns
- prohibited-use enquiries
- destination restrictions
- customs or carrier limitations
- sanctions or export-control concerns
- legal or operational restrictions
If EvoPeps cancels an accepted paid order before shipment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method unless another method is legally required.
9. Pricing and bulk purchases
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the final price, shipping charge, taxes and other disclosed costs before paying.
Bulk, institutional or wholesale purchases may be discussed separately. Any negotiated pricing or conditions must be confirmed in writing by EvoPeps.
EvoPeps may correct genuine listing, calculation or pricing errors. When an error affects an order, EvoPeps may request confirmation at the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item.
10. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may change over time.
Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment providers. Their processing services may be subject to their own terms, security checks and privacy notices.
EvoPeps may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, payment method type, billing confirmation, fraud or risk signals, and limited payment details supplied by the processor.
EvoPeps may delay or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
11. International shipping
EvoPeps offers international shipping to eligible destinations available during checkout.
Shipping availability depends on:
- destination-country law
- product-specific restrictions
- sanctions and trade restrictions
- customs and import rules
- carrier service availability
- address validation
- compliance review
- operational capacity
EvoPeps may refuse or cancel an order to a destination that cannot lawfully or reliably be served.
No customer may request:
- a false customs declaration
- an inaccurate product description
- an artificially reduced customs value
- misclassification of goods
- any other misleading import or shipping document
12. Shipping and delivery estimates
Any processing, dispatch, transit or delivery timeframe displayed by EvoPeps is an estimate only unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Shipping may be affected by:
- stock availability
- order or compliance review
- customs inspection
- destination restrictions
- carrier delays
- severe weather
- public holidays
- government action
- security events
- incorrect customer information
- circumstances outside EvoPeps’ reasonable control
EvoPeps does not guarantee a delivery date.
Where an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at purchase or otherwise required by applicable law, EvoPeps will provide the delay notice, cancellation option, consent request or refund required by applicable law.
13. Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage, clearance charges and other destination fees may be:
- paid by EvoPeps
- collected during checkout
- payable by the customer
- handled differently according to the destination and shipping service
The applicable arrangement should be shown during checkout or in the shipping information available for the destination.
Customers must cooperate with lawful customs and carrier requests.
14. Customs delays, refusal and seizure
Customs delays are not treated as lost shipments while the parcel remains in active transit or customs review.
Where a parcel is rejected, returned, seized, destroyed or abandoned, EvoPeps will review the circumstances individually.
A refund or reshipment may be offered where the issue resulted directly from an EvoPeps fulfilment or documentation error.
A refund or reshipment is not guaranteed where the issue resulted from:
- a destination prohibition
- the customer’s lack of authority to import the product
- inaccurate customer information
- refusal to provide customs documents
- refusal to pay applicable duties or fees
- abandonment by the customer
- a false statement made by the customer
- another matter outside EvoPeps’ reasonable control
Any refund remains subject to applicable non-waivable consumer law.
15. Customer address responsibility
Customers must provide a complete, accurate and deliverable address.
If an incorrect address is identified before dispatch, EvoPeps may attempt to update it but does not guarantee that a change can be completed.
EvoPeps is not responsible for loss, delay or additional carrier charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
If a parcel is returned, reshipment may require payment of additional shipping, customs or handling charges.
16. Cancellations
A customer may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting evopeps@gmail.com.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfilment, packaging, carrier collection or customs processing has begun.
Approved cancellations will normally be refunded to the original payment method.
17. Returns and chain of custody
Because storage conditions, contamination risk and chain of custody cannot be verified after dispatch or delivery, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
Do not return any product without written authorisation from EvoPeps.
Unauthorised returns may be rejected and may not qualify for credit or refund.
Nothing in this section excludes a return, refund or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
Inspect packages promptly after delivery.
Report a visibly damaged, incorrect or incomplete order within five calendar days of recorded delivery by emailing evopeps@gmail.com.
Include:
- the order number
- photographs of the outer package
- photographs of the shipping label
- photographs of the affected products
- batch or label information where available
- a description of the issue
Keep all products and packaging until the review is completed.
Where EvoPeps confirms an error, it may provide a replacement, reshipment, partial refund or full refund as appropriate.
19. Parcels marked delivered
If a carrier marks a parcel delivered but it cannot be located, the customer should:
- check the delivery location
- check with household members, reception, neighbours or building management
- contact the carrier
- notify EvoPeps promptly
EvoPeps may assist with a carrier investigation but does not guarantee replacement where carrier evidence confirms delivery to the address supplied.
20. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use products in or on humans or animals
- request dosage, injection, administration, reconstitution-for-use or treatment guidance
- purchase for cosmetic, bodybuilding, weight-loss, anti-ageing or other personal outcomes

- export, divert or transfer products unlawfully
- interfere with website security
- scrape or overload the website
- commit fraud or payment abuse
- assist another person in prohibited activity
21. Resale and affiliates
Resale, distribution, affiliate activity or promotional use requires prior written approval.

- human-use claims
- medical claims
- treatment claims
- dosage statements
- injection statements
- weight-loss claims
- bodybuilding claims
- cosmetic claims
- unsupported testing or purity claims
Approval may be withdrawn immediately for non-compliance.
22. Compliance with law
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing possession, storage, handling, transfer and use.
EvoPeps will conduct reasonable destination and transaction screening but does not provide legal advice to customers.
Availability on the website does not establish that a product is lawful for every person, organisation, location or research activity.
23. Intellectual property
The EvoPeps name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs and original content are owned by or licensed to EvoPeps.
No right is granted to reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.
24. Third-party services
The website may rely on third parties for payment, hosting, analytics, email, security, fulfilment or shipping.
EvoPeps is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
25. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, services, documentation and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
EvoPeps does not warrant:
- uninterrupted website access
- that every document is error-free
- a particular experimental outcome
- suitability for a specific research protocol
- that supplier documentation has been independently reproduced by EvoPeps unless expressly stated
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
26. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoPeps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost data, lost research, lost revenue, lost opportunity or failure to achieve expected experimental results.
Where liability cannot be excluded, EvoPeps’ aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or another non-waivable obligation.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify EvoPeps and its personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from:
- prohibited product use
- human or animal administration
- unlawful transfer or resale
- false customer representations
- unlawful marketing claims
- violation of these Terms
- violation of applicable law
This does not require indemnification for EvoPeps’ own unlawful conduct.
28. Force majeure
EvoPeps is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, sanctions, customs action, carrier disruption, infrastructure failure or widespread cyber incidents.
29. Suspension and termination
EvoPeps may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:
- enforce these Terms
- prevent misuse
- address fraud or security concerns
- respond to a payment dispute
- investigate prohibited use
- comply with law
- protect EvoPeps, customers or third parties
30. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Denver, Colorado.
31. Changes to these Terms
EvoPeps may update these Terms for legal, compliance, operational or security reasons.
The revised page will show a new “Last updated” date. Additional notice or renewed consent will be provided where required by law.
32. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
